Break-in

Secrets are pivot points of our genome.
Though we rarely keep them in check,
They will come out—you may count on it.

Which he inflates to slaughter crowds.
Now you will think: what drives this man?
What strange psychosis of destruction?
Where do these bloody murder dreams come from?
It is a riddle to me—it seems a pose.
But perhaps he will yet give a diagnosis himself.
After all, he is a doctor; they know about such things.
