Dieu sait combien il y a d\u2019usagers qui ne viennent jamais chez nous, parce qu\u2019ils n\u2019ont pas besoin de nous et sont par ailleurs en parfaite sant\u00e9. Le m\u00e9decin doit chaque fois \u00e9valuer s\u2019il convient ou non d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 leur demande, en fonction de l\u2019\u00e9tat de l\u2019individu, mais aussi du potentiel addictif du produit demand\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce n\u2019est pas que je prescrive \u00e0 chacun ce qu\u2019il demande. Je r\u00e9siste fermement, surtout lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de benzodiaz\u00e9pines. Je dois tout de m\u00eame mettre mon expertise de m\u00e9decin au service de la situation et v\u00e9rifier si cela vous est r\u00e9ellement b\u00e9n\u00e9fique. Je dois prendre mes responsabilit\u00e9s, en termes d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat individuel, mais aussi d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat collectif.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019usage existe de tout temps et a laiss\u00e9 partout des traces dans notre culture. Apr\u00e8s tant de si\u00e8cles, nous pouvons nous appuyer sur un riche patrimoine de connaissances et de compr\u00e9hension, qui nous permet de mieux appr\u00e9hender la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 et de mieux y faire face. Nous pouvons beaucoup apprendre de la mani\u00e8re dont nous avons proc\u00e9d\u00e9 dans le pass\u00e9 et de la mani\u00e8re dont les autres pays font les choses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La pierre de touche est naturellement la litt\u00e9rature, et plus particuli\u00e8rement la litt\u00e9rature scientifique r\u00e9cente. C\u2019est l\u00e0 que nous devons chercher inspiration et orientation. Notre d\u00e9sir de faire quelque chose pour ceux qui ont besoin d\u2019aide ou de soins doit prendre forme \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re des connaissances contemporaines. Sinon, on fait souvent plus de mal que de bien.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u2019est un long processus d\u2019apprentissage, car on apprend chaque jour, mais l\u2019effet est durable. C\u2019est l\u2019une des choses que nous devrons apprendre au cours du processus qui m\u00e8ne \u00e0 l\u2019Addiction, et par lequel nous nous lib\u00e9rerons de notre d\u00e9pendance. Cela demande un certain investissement en temps au d\u00e9part et l\u2019effet recherch\u00e9 se fait attendre, contrairement \u00e0 une substance chimique qui intervient imm\u00e9diatement et efficacement, mais dont l\u2019effet est lui aussi temporaire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prenons maintenant un tout autre exemple : l\u2019ordinateur ne fonctionne pas. L\u2019une des premi\u00e8res questions que vous allez vous poser est pourtant de savoir s\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019un probl\u00e8me de logiciel ou d\u2019un d\u00e9faut mat\u00e9riel. L\u2019un concerne les programmes que vous utilisez sur votre appareil, l\u2019autre la machine elle-m\u00eame, sur laquelle quelque chose est peut-\u00eatre d\u00e9fectueux.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aux probl\u00e8mes de logiciel correspondent des solutions logicielles, tandis qu\u2019en cas de d\u00e9faut mat\u00e9riel, c\u2019est la machine elle-m\u00eame qui fait d\u00e9faut.
