Il peut aussi y avoir de la <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">palilalie<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition compulsive de ses propres mots ou phrases, ou de fragments de ceux-ci.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le plus souvent, ces patients se mettent \u00e0 parler plus rapidement, avec un volume sonore moindre, si bien que le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne peut parfois ressembler \u00e0 du b\u00e9gaiement ou \u00e0 du marmonnement. Une <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">glossolalie<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> peut \u00e9galement appara\u00eetre, que l\u2019on appelle aussi langage sonore ou langage des langues. Le flot de paroles produit est incompr\u00e9hensible pour les personnes ext\u00e9rieures, ne correspond \u00e0 aucune langue connue et ne comporte pas de syntaxe, mais bien une structure phon\u00e9tique et une forte charge \u00e9motionnelle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le glossolaliste consid\u00e8re pourtant que son discours est destin\u00e9 \u00e0 communiquer. De tels sympt\u00f4mes n\u00e9gatifs peuvent appara\u00eetre aussi bien dans la schizophr\u00e9nie que dans le trouble bipolaire de type I. Dans des circonstances extr\u00eames, comme la guerre ou des s\u00e9vices graves, des personnes sans ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents psychiatriques peuvent elles aussi devenir psychotiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La plupart des gens, cependant, ne deviennent pas psychotiques, m\u00eame dans des circonstances fortement \u00e9prouvantes, bien qu\u2019ils puissent souffrir de dissociation et de crises d\u2019angoisse.
