Si personne dans votre entourage ne vous \u00e9coute sans vous juger, vous pouvez commencer par appeler une ligne d\u2019aide t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique. Si les conversations r\u00e9v\u00e8lent qu\u2019il y a davantage en jeu, ou si vous souhaitez rencontrer quelqu\u2019un en personne, vous pouvez vous adresser au m\u00e9decin g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste ou au psychologue par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire du service communal de sant\u00e9 mentale.<\/span><\/p>\n

Le <\/span>burn-out<\/span><\/i> est l\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mie du XXIe si\u00e8cle. Je r\u00e9serve ce terme aux personnes qui sont \u00e9puis\u00e9es par leur situation professionnelle, au sens large. Quelque chose s\u2019est produit qui les emp\u00eache d\u2019aller plus loin. La diff\u00e9rence est qu\u2019elles r\u00e9agissent par une d\u00e9pression \u00e0 tout ce qui concerne le travail, mais sont souvent encore capables de fonctionner raisonnablement bien dans d\u2019autres domaines, comme au sein de leur famille. \u00c0 moins que la situation ne soit vraiment tr\u00e8s grave.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ces patients sont souvent bris\u00e9s par l\u2019injustice ou par leur incapacit\u00e9 \u00e0 dire non \u00e0 des exigences impossibles. Je dis toujours litt\u00e9ralement \u00e0 toute personne \u00e0 qui cela arrive : montrez-moi un cas de <\/span>burn-out<\/span><\/i>, et je vous montrerai un cas de <\/span>bad management<\/span><\/i>, pour reprendre un terme anglais. Et dans le pire des cas, de <\/span>toxic management<\/span><\/i>. Le poisson pourrit par la t\u00eate.<\/span><\/p>\n

Il y a les mauvais managers et il y a l\u2019\u00e9chelon sup\u00e9rieur : les managers toxiques. On peut r\u00e9sumer les choses ainsi. Ces derniers sont anim\u00e9s de mauvaises intentions. Soit ce sont des narcissiques nuisibles, soit des fanatiques qui appliquent brutalement le principe du <\/span>rank and yank<\/span><\/i>. Le <\/span>burn-out<\/span><\/i> frappe d\u2019innombrables travailleurs qui ont donn\u00e9 le meilleur d\u2019eux-m\u00eames et qui, malgr\u00e9 cela, sont rejet\u00e9s par le capitalisme brutal, sur la base de calculs froids.<\/span><\/p>\n

Le terme est n\u00e9 au sein de la gigantesque entreprise General Electric (GE) et fut l\u2019id\u00e9e de son ancien CEO Jack Welch, r\u00e9cemment d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9. Un manager \u00e0 succ\u00e8s hors pair au plus haut niveau, qui a imagin\u00e9 ce principe n\u00e9faste. Le <\/span>Rank and Yank<\/span><\/i> est une politique d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9e d\u2019une entreprise qui classe ses collaborateurs les uns par rapport aux autres. Un classement selon des crit\u00e8res choisis par le patron, avec toutes les cons\u00e9quences arbitraires que cela implique.<\/span><\/p>\n

Il s\u2019agit en substance de placer en haut ceux qui obtiennent les meilleures performances et, disons, les travailleurs les moins productifs en bas, sur la base, par exemple, des chiffres de vente. C\u2019est cela, le classement.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
