Aujourd\u2019hui, en tant qu\u2019entreprise, vous devriez d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 cela. Qu\u2019est-ce que cela fait \u00e0 vos employ\u00e9s ? L\u2019ann\u00e9e suivante, un nouveau tour commence, si bien que ceux qui se trouvent constamment dans la moiti\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure vivent sous une pression permanente.<\/span><\/p>\n

Certains seront sans doute tent\u00e9s de saboter subtilement leurs coll\u00e8gues afin de monter eux-m\u00eames dans le classement, ce qui, en fin de compte, ne contribue pas aux r\u00e9sultats collectifs. On peut se poser toutes sortes de questions \u00e0 ce sujet : cette pratique est-elle r\u00e9ellement b\u00e9n\u00e9fique \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise et, en d\u00e9finitive, aux actionnaires ?<\/span><\/p>\n

Mais aussi : \u00ab Qu\u2019est-ce que cela implique pour les personnes qui sont victimes d\u2019une telle approche sauvage ? \u00bb Les cons\u00e9quences sont souvent consid\u00e9rables. Je vois constamment des travailleurs exclus en raison de leur \u00e2ge, sous l\u2019action de managers toxiques qui cherchent encore \u00e0 faire grimper un peu les chiffres de rentabilit\u00e9. Le manque d\u2019\u00e9nergie et l\u2019\u00e9puisement physique, mental et \u00e9motionnel sont la cons\u00e9quence d\u2019une sollicitation excessive prolong\u00e9e, de l\u2019exploitation ou de l\u2019humiliation, ou encore d\u2019un licenciement injustifi\u00e9.
